About The Founder

Odekhoa Akhume okaisabor memorial foundation was founded by hon. Justice [Dr] Ngozika Okaisabor, currently a judge of the customary court of appeal, federal capital territory judiciary, Abuja. She is a fellow of the chartered institute of arbitrators and fellow of the international dispute resolution institute and fellow of the institute of chartered mediators and conciliators. Hon. justice [Dr.] Okaisabor holds a master’s degree in legal institutions from the university of Wisconsin, Madison, united states of America[USA], and a master’s degree in law from the john marshal law school, Chicago, Usa, with specialization in international business and trade law. Hon. Justice Okaisabor also holds a doctorate degree of the University of Delaware, Usa.Before her elevation to the bench, she had worked with the national centre for state courts based IN Arlington, Virginia, and was legal Adviser to a number of Ministries, Departments and Agencies [MDA_S] OF THE Federal government of Nigeria. She had also been the Regional Vice President [Africa], International Federation of Women Lawyers, in which capacity she organized three international conferences.
